Responsibilities

• Lead stand‑up of Dell Medical School’s payroll function and operating model.
• Define future‑state payroll workflows across input, approvals, validation, and close.
• Establish payroll controls, SOX‑like governance, and reconciliation standards.
• Partner with payroll accounting for filings, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Translate requirements into UKG and Workday design inputs for configurations.
• Own parallel payroll runs, data validation, and go‑live readiness.
