Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of leading a payroll function.
• Experience with UKG Pro/UKG WM and Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up of Dell Medical School’s first dedicated payroll function and operating procedures.
• Define future-state payroll workflows across input, approval, validation, and close.
• Establish controls, reconciliation, and governance with auditable processes.
• Translate payroll requirements into UKG and Workday design inputs for scalable solutions.
• Oversee integration strategy between UKG and Workday and ensure robust testing and cutover readiness.
• Build and lead the ongoing payroll organization post go-live.
