Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of payroll experience in a business or financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Payroll Office and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Supervise payroll staff and coordinate with Payroll Manager, HR, Accounting, Financial Aid, and State agencies.
• Support biweekly payroll operations, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain integrated HR and Payroll systems and guide campus users on payroll processes.
• In the Payroll Manager’s absence, assume full payroll processing responsibilities.
