Job summary

Finni Health is building a modern, AI-enabled payroll operation to scale with rapid growth and to serve a nationwide, multi-state workforce. As Payroll Manager, you will own payroll end-to-end for 1,000+ W-2 employees across states, using Rippling and allied systems to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

You will lead payroll tax accounts, filings, audits, and drive automation that scales with the business, while reporting to the Finance & Operations team and partnering with senior leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience, multi-state.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end payroll cycles.
• Experience with payroll tax accounts, year-end reporting.
• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS.
• Strong data analysis skills in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduled and off-cycle payroll runs for 1,000+ W-2 employees across multiple states.
• Lead payroll reconciliations and audits of payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Oversee filings and payments in Rippling and drive resolutions for notices.
• Build scalable, AI-enabled payroll processes to support rapid growth.
• Collaborate with Finance & Operations and etc to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
