FrankCrum in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Payroll Implementation and Onboarding Specialist for a full-time role. You will work with clients to set up payroll, onboarding, and related services, ensuring accurate data and compliant processing.

The role requires knowledge of federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws, plus at least one year of payroll processing or PEO experience. CPP or FPC credentials are a plus.

Formación

• Keys to success include intermediate knowledge of Federal, State, and local wage and hour laws.
• At least 1 year of payroll processing or PEO experience required.
• Payroll Certifications (CPP or FPC) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts welcome calls with new clients to confirm information for setup.
• Assist with payroll setup including earning/deduction codes and calendars.
• Educates clients on payroll rules and regulations and resolves discrepancies.
