Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to support employees across multiple Florida locations. This hands-on role combines HR, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and weekly payroll administration in a fast-paced environment.

Based fully onsite in Winter Garden, you will recruit, process payroll, manage timekeeping, maintain confidential records, respond to payroll inquiries, and assist with audits and year-end activities while

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and personnel administration.
• Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets.
• Paylocity, ServiceTitan, Employee Navigator, and Samsara experience preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally between Florida office locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiting and hiring across Florida office locations.
• Process and audit weekly payroll before submission.
• Review timecards, overtime, PTO, holidays, missed punches, and adjustments.
• Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Maintain payroll, wage, personnel, and confidential employee records.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end activities.
• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Prepare documentation for counseling, corrective actions, and write-ups.
• Assist with HR communications, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
