Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar payroll/office role
• Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, taxes
• Mortgage industry exposure preferred but not required; Rippling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate commission reports and ensure accurate payroll processing on time
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for every payroll transaction
• Onboard and offboard employees
• Ensure NMLS compliance and broker agreement guidelines
• Handle reimbursement requests and compensation discrepancies
• Track and update compensation plans with employees quarterly
• Maintain payroll records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
