Job summary

X2 Mortgage, LLC. is seeking a Mortgage Processor to join our team and help ensure loans close quickly with minimal friction. You will focus on obtaining and submitting documentation in a timely manner, coordinating with clients and partners, and supporting a fast-paced loan close process.

Our processors are central to successful closings, and there is room for growth as you demonstrate success and expand your responsibilities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a mortgage processing role.
• Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• General understanding of mortgage loan guidelines.
• Ability to think outside the box when solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate promptly with clients and partners.
• Review sensitive documentation and scan for red flags.
• Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents.
• Follow up with clients and third-party service providers.
• Track loan in process to ensure on-time closings.
• Obtain final loan approvals as efficiently as possible.

To achieve this, we're looking to hire a Mortgage Processor who's willing to join our team with drive and the willingness to adapt to our processes.

Our Processors at X2 Mortgage are the core to a successful loan closing. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring loans close quickly and efficiently with minimal friction. Primarily focusing on obtaining and submitting documentation in a timely manner no matter what it takes.
