Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for employees across field and office operations.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and field leadership to resolve payroll questions.
• Own audit and validation of payroll data, timecards, labor allocations, and documentation.
• Design, document, and enforce payroll policies and controls for consistency across units.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, quarter-end and year-end activities, including W-2 processing.
