Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried, hourly, and grant-funded staff.
• Ensure payroll is accurate, on schedule, and compliant with laws and policies.
• Review payroll registers, tax filings, and wage payments before submission.
• Maintain payroll calendars, including periods, deadlines, and year-end processing.
• Coordinate with HR on onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports and respond to audits as needed.
• Protect payroll data confidentiality and accuracy.
