Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, wage and hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried, hourly, and grant-funded employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Review payroll registers, tax filings, wage payments, and related submissions.
• Maintain payroll calendars, year-end requirements, and internal controls.
• Manage payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
