RWM & Company seeks a collaborative Payroll Manager to lead a payroll team within a growing CPA firm environment. You will oversee multi-state payroll processing, ensure tax compliance, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires 5–8+ years of payroll experience, 2+ years of supervision, and strong knowledge of payroll taxes. Familiarity with ADP and other accounting software is essential; CPA firm experience is preferred.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a CPA firm or multi-client setting.
• 2+ years of supervising or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance (federal, state, local).
• Experience processing high-volume and/or multi-state payroll.
• Proficiency in ADP payroll software and other accounting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists with accountability for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and ensure timely filings (federal, state, local).
• Serve as primary client liaison for payroll questions and process improvements.
• Manage payroll software administration and ensure data security and proper documentation.
