Job summary

Coral Reef Partners is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our expanding solar construction business. This hands-on role requires expertise with Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage requirements, and certified payroll reporting.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, and leadership to maintain accurate payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time payments across project sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience, independently managing payroll operations.
• Experience with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review time records, wage calculations, overtime, per diem, bonuses and other earnings.
• Administer Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements for construction projects.
• Prepare certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations and project needs.
• Maintain payroll records and support audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR on hires, changes, deductions, and year-end reporting.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance and confidentiality of information.
