Coral Reef Partners in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee weekly payroll operations for our solar construction projects, ensuring on-time, accurate payments and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The ideal candidate will manage Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements, maintain payroll records, and coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to support audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience, including project-based environments.
• Experience with Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage compliance, and certified payroll reporting.
• Strong knowledge of wage determinations, labor classifications, overtime and fringe benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process weekly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Review time records, wage calculations, overtime, bonuses, and other earnings.
• Administer Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements for construction projects.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations on hires, changes, and deductions.
