Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager / HRIS professional to own payroll operations, protect sensitive employee data, and keep a fast-moving organization compliant. The role requires hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS reporting, with a focus on accurate payroll processing.

The ideal candidate works independently, communicates effectively with leadership, and can coordinate payroll domestically and with international EOR platforms such as Papaya Global.

Qualifications

• Background / Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related field required.
• Direct, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Experience with taxation at various levels and mandated reporting / auditing.
• Experience administering payroll processes, validating payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and producing accurate payroll reports.
• Familiarity with Papaya Global or similar Employer of Record (EOR) platforms used to coordinate international employment and payroll processes; Papaya Global experience is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems, employee data administration, compensation reviews, and related reporting; additional HRIS platforms are a plus.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion when handling payroll, compensation, and sensitive employee information.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-accountability environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the maturity and judgment to partner effectively with the VP of HR and other stakeholders.

Job Details

Significant hands-on experience managing payroll operations, ideally in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.

Background / Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related field required.

Direct, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Strong experience with taxation at various levels and mandated reporting / auditing
