Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee all payroll processing duties, coordinate activities, and supervise staff at Island View Casino Resort. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in payroll or related fields, plus 2–3 years in payroll management, with FT status. Compliance and reporting responsibilities are central to this role.

Job description

ThePAYROLL MANAGERwill manage all payroll processing duties, coordinate payroll activities, and supervise payroll staff byimplementing, maintaning, and reviewing thepayroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

Provides ad hoc reporting and other documentation to Finance, HR and other authorized parties, audits payroll earnings, deductions and taxes for accuracy, oversees the preparation of all payroll related reports, including governmental and regulatory filings, coordinates and cooperates with external auditors and manage payroll related audit, scales payroll processes with a focus on process improvements and system optimization, oversees all aspects of payroll management including routine payroll processing, tax and benefits compliance and reporting, and SOX compliance, and monitors compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or computer science or equivalent experience required. Five to six years of previous Payroll, Accounting or Bookkeeping experience required. Two to three years payroll management experience required.
