The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in payroll or related fields, plus 2–3 years in payroll management, with FT status. Compliance and reporting responsibilities are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or computer science or equivalent experience required.
• Five to six years of previous Payroll, Accounting or Bookkeeping experience required.
• Two to three years payroll management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all payroll processing duties and coordinate payroll activities.
• Supervise payroll staff and maintain payroll processing systems.
• Audit payroll earnings, deductions and taxes for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and file governmental and regulatory reports; support external audits.
