Payroll Manager – Global Operations

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations for a diverse workforce across multiple countries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, with a focus on driving efficiency and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees worldwide.
Ensure payroll accuracy, including calculations for wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
Lead payroll operations using ADP and other integrated payroll systems.
Partner with HR to manage employee data changes, onboarding, and terminations.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support financial and strategic planning.
Collaborate with accounting for payroll reconciliations and audits.
Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll and deductions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
5+ years of payroll management experience, including international payroll oversight.
Strong expertise in ADP and other payroll systems.
Solid understanding of U.S. and international payroll compliance.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with payroll reporting tools.
CPP or FPC certification preferred.
