payroll, leaves of absence, garnishments and multi-state timekeeping, with Dayforce training for managers. Strong accuracy and discretion are essential for this position. Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll processing, wage garnishments, union-related reconciliations, and maintaining payroll documentation in a confidential manner.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration or related HR/payroll experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience processing bi-weekly payroll and payroll adjustments.
• Experience with wage garnishments, PTO tracking and union deductions preferred.
• Dayforce payroll and/or timekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll accurately and timely in line with company procedures.
• Handle wage garnishments and child support, tax levies, and other deductions.
• Administer leaves of absence and coordinate return-to-work procedures.
• Support multi-state payroll and timekeeping requirements for compliance.
• Provide Dayforce training and procedural support to managers.
• Prepare payroll-related audits, reports and documentation.
