Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Workforce Absence Payroll Coordinator to process payroll actions based on leave status and ensure accurate timely data entry across the payroll and time systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years admin/payroll experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of leave regulations and benefits processing required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll actions based on leave and disability data.
• Review reports and balance time card records per policy.
• Respond to HR and partner inquiries on plan provisions and procedures.
• Assist with absence program evaluation and special projects.
