Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead a three-person payroll team in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with our Leading with Love culture.

The successful candidate will oversee payroll processing, payroll tax functions, and internal audits while collaborating with IT and external partners to ensure timely, compliant payroll operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting/Finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years' progressive experience in Accounting/Finance, full-cycle payroll preferred.
• Strong leadership with continuous improvement mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax administration, and related disciplines preferred.
• Multi-state payroll tax experience preferred. (UltiPro or Workday experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the payroll team in alignment with the Heartspitality culture.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing across states and compliance with laws.
• Oversee payroll tax functions; coordinate quarterly and year-end activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve issues and audits.
