CFS is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead a small payroll team and own payroll operations across multiple locations in Wisconsin and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in multi-state payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax requirements and ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Payroll Specialists.
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll operations.
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts.
• Serve as primary liaison with ADP for payroll issues and system support.
• Collaborate with HR and onsite admins to resolve payroll concerns.
• Drive process improvements and payroll efficiencies.
• Serve as backup payroll processor as needed.
