Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Payroll Specialists.
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll operations.
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts.
• Serve as primary liaison with ADP for payroll issues and system support.
• Collaborate with HR and onsite admins to resolve payroll concerns.
• Drive process improvements and payroll efficiencies.
• Serve as backup payroll processor as needed.

Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Supervisor

• Lead and support two Payroll Specialists
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll operations
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts
• Serve as the primary liaison with ADP for payroll-related issues and system support
• Partner with onsite HR administrators to resolve payroll concerns
• Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Serve as backup payroll processor as needed and directly own 1-2 payroll groups

Qualifications For The Payroll Supervisor

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Experience processing multi-state payroll
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong payroll administration experience in a high-volume environment
