Job summary

CFS, a Wisconsin-based company, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to own and optimize payroll processes while leading a small team across locations.

Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 with benefits that include work-from-home opportunities and profit sharing. You will partner with HR, payroll, and operations to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two Payroll Specialists.
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll operations.
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ADP for payroll-related issues and system support.
• Partner with onsite HR administrators to resolve payroll concerns.
• Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as backup payroll processor and own 1-2 payroll groups.

Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Supervisor

• Lead and support two Payroll Specialists

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Experience processing multi-state payroll
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong payroll administration experience in a high-volume environment
