Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist in Dallas to onboard new clients to payroll and related services, ensuring accurate and timely implementation. You will analyze payroll data, input and balance records, and prepare reports for distribution to clients.

The role requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, and FPC/CPP or PayTrain certification is preferred. A strong focus on accuracy and client satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–6 years payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).

Responsibilities

• Onboards new assigned clients to payroll and related services to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Execute client relationship strategy to ensure accurate payroll delivery for high-volume, small-to-medium clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payroll; review/payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.
