Insperity is hiring a Payroll Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients and ensure precise payroll processing across multiple states. You will analyze data, balance payroll, and support clients with accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes timely execution, regulatory compliance, and trusted advisory support for internal partners. Bachelor's degree is preferred and FPC/CPP credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years’ payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).

Responsibilities

• Onboards new assigned clients, with various client company structures and locations, to payroll and related services.
• Execute client relationship strategy to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for a high volume of clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll; review/payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.
