Insperity is hiring a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead accurate and timely payroll setup for new accounts. You will onboard clients, balance payroll data, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states.

The role emphasizes building trusted advisory relationships with internal partners and clients alike. The position requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, with FPC/CPP certification or PayTrain module completion.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new assigned clients to payroll and related services.
• Execute client relationship strategy for timely payroll delivery.
• Review payroll data provided by clients for accuracy.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll and review payroll reports for distribution.
