Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our Client Experience Team. You will help clients succeed with our payroll and HR solutions by delivering onboarding, training, and hands-on platform support.

You will build strong client relationships, develop their skills to maximize platform use, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or implementation.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new clients as a subject matter expert.
• Help clients maximize platform utilization through training.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships during implementation.
