Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Team Lead within our Comprehensive Services - Payroll segment. In this role you will provide mentoring and support to new and existing associates to promote quicker, more accurate implementations, readiness and execution in all processes and procedures.

Provide technical support to Implementation Executives by assisting with escalations, and other day-to-day tasks, as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Associate Development: Assists in development of associates, including interviewing, orientation, training, mentoring, coaching, ongoing support, and performance management. Helps facilitate and demonstrate product rollouts or system enhancements, creates booster training, and promotes ongoing product and process usage for accuracy and validation.
• Troubleshooting and Quality: Supports client escalations until a positive resolution is reached. Provides first level technical and system support for associates. Conducts audits to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Feedback: Provides Implementation Executives with feedback on associate progression, account accuracy, and Team cohesion.
