ADP, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Team Lead within our Comprehensive Services - Payroll segment. You will mentor new and existing associates to promote quicker, more accurate implementations, readiness and execution in all processes.

In this role, you will provide mentoring and support to new and existing associates to promote quicker, more accurate implementations, readiness and execution in all processes and procedures. Provide technical support to Implementation Executives by assisting with escalations, and other day-to-day tasks, as deemed appropriate. Develop and train associates and share performance feedback with Implementation Executives.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metric-driven environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients and the people you support, building rapport, establishing trust, and shining with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication and teaching styles are clear and easy for associates and clients to understand and act on.
Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organizational skills are must-haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload while resolving any escalations from the teams you support, focus on what's important, and stay up to date on ADP and external policy changes. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
