Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Team Lead within our Comprehensive Services - Payroll segment. You will mentor new and existing associates to promote quicker, more accurate implementations, readiness and execution in all processes.

In a metric-driven environment, you will handle escalations, train teams, and collaborate with Implementation Executives and ITLs to roll out product enhancements while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Military experience with teamwork and adaptability is helpful.
• Experience with Workforce Now and payroll knowledge highly preferred.
• Certifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
• Superior client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates, including onboarding and training.
• Manage and resolve client escalations with first-level technical support.
• Provide feedback to executives on team progression and process opportunities.
• Collaborate with other team leads to maintain standardization.
