Job summary

ADP is hiring an Implementation Team Lead within our Comprehensive Services - Payroll segment. The role focuses on mentoring and supporting associates to enable faster, more accurate implementations and successful client outcomes.

You will manage escalations, provide training, and collaborate across teams in a metric-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Workforce Now knowledge/experience highly preferred.
• Payroll experience highly preferred.
• Desire to grow into a people-leading role highly preferred.
• HR Outsourcing Comprehensive Services experience highly preferred.
• Certifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
• Advanced MS Office Skills (Word/Excel).
• Superior client service skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and development of associates, including mentoring and coaching.
• Troubleshooting, handling client escalations, and ensuring quality.
• Provide feedback to Implementation Executives and collaborate cross-functionally.
