Brabo Payroll, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead new clients from sale through transition to ongoing service.

You will bridge Sales, Paylocity, the client, and Brabo’s Payroll & HRIS service team, ensuring accurate configuration and clear client education. You will manage multiple implementations at different stages, coordinate with internal teams, review tax setup, perform QA before go-live, train clients, and document processes to support a smooth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in payroll, HRIS, payroll implementation, client onboarding, or related field.
• Experience with Paylocity or a comparable payroll/HRIS platform strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, and payroll data.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple client implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading client meetings.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of new payroll implementations after sales completion.
• Review orders, docs, and client requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Lead welcome calls and establish timelines, expectations, responsibilities, next steps.
• Serve as primary Brabo contact throughout implementation.
• Coordinate activity between client, Sales, Paylocity reps, and Brabo teams.
• Track items, follow up with clients, address issues delaying implementation.
• Maintain implementation documentation and status updates.
• Ensure all steps are completed before release to ongoing service.
