Job summary

MAHAN seeks an experienced Payroll/HR/Benefits Manager for an on-site role in Nashville, TN. You will build and lead comprehensive HR services for healthcare providers, partnering with clients to shape HR strategy and ensure legal compliance.

You will manage payroll and benefits processing, payroll taxes, W-2s, and HR service development while delivering exceptional client and employee support. Hybrid work-from-home eligibility starts after 90 days, with on-site requirements.

About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Payroll / Human Resources / Benefits Manager to build, lead, and expand comprehensive HR services platforms for healthcare providers. This leadership role will partner with clients to develop HR strategies, ensure compliance, improve employee experiences, and provide expert guidance on workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to healthcare organizations.
• Stay current on employment law changes and proactively advise clients on compliance and risk management.
• Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
• Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
• HR Services Development.
• W-2 preparation.
• Client and Employee inquiry resolution.

Location & Work Eligibility:

• Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
• Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
• Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).
