Job summary

MAHAN is seeking an experienced, full-time Payroll / Human Resources / Benefits Manager to build, lead, and expand HR services for healthcare providers in Nashville. This on-site leadership role will partner with clients to develop HR strategies, ensure compliance, and improve employee experiences.

About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Payroll / Human Resources / Benefits Manager to build, lead, and expand comprehensive HR services platforms for healthcare providers. This leadership role will partner with clients to develop HR strategies, ensure compliance, improve employee experiences, and provide expert guidance on workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to healthcare organizations.
• Stay current on employment law changes and proactively advise clients on compliance and risk management.
• Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
• Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
• HR Services Development.
• W-2 preparation.
• Client and Employee inquiry resolution.

Location & Work Eligibility:

• Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
• Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
• Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).
