Job summary

FanDuel is seeking an HR Technology Senior Analyst – Payroll to optimize and support our global Workday ecosystem, focusing on Payroll. As the Workday Payroll subject matter expert, you will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant payroll solutions while supporting employees across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday Payroll in HR Technology/HRIS/Payroll Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.
• Hands-on configuration with Workday Absence, Benefits, and HCM.
• Direct experience supporting US and Canada payroll; UK payroll is highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll SME; provide configuration, production support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable payroll solutions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday releases across Payroll and related modules.
• Support payroll operations by troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis to implement sustainable fixes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
