Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS is required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Audit timesheets, leave balances, overtime, and deductions for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and personnel records.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for compliance and leadership.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Provide excellent service to employees and campus leadership.
