Job summary

OMT-Veyhl USA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, maintain time and attendance records, and ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations. In addition to payroll, this role provides HR support including benefits administration, onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee relations, coordinating with HR, Finance, and management.

A Bachelor’s degree and five years of payroll experience are preferred, with UKG Ready experience a plus; strong

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze information and meet deadlines.
• Experience with payroll systems and manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, including data entry and verification.
• Maintain payroll data including wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll taxes and year-end reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate payroll with HR, Finance, and vendors.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and government agencies.
