Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of payroll processing experience with end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, records, benefits, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and payroll systems.
• Ability to protect sensitive information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, verifying compensation, time records, and payroll entries.
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit federal, state, and local payroll tax filings, deposits, and reports.
• Maintain payroll data on wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings; resolve variances.
• Coordinate year-end activities and verify tax information; support HR and benefits administration.
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR policies; respond to inquiries from managers and staff.
