Job summary

MileOne Autogroup, one of the largest automotive groups in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking an on-site HR analyst at our Towson corporate office. You will support the HR team with reporting, onboarding follow-up, payroll data input, audits, and compliance tasks, while delivering excellent service to our employees.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in office administration or HR support, strong Excel and Workday familiarity, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of office administration, payroll, accounting, HR, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
• Proficient in data analysis and managing large volumes of data.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit various HR processes, payroll, benefits, and other programs and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with employee follow-up related to timekeeping, compliance tasks, and onboarding.
• Support recruiting administration for an assigned region.
• Analyze, verify and input payroll data during processing (hours, pay, deductions, taxes).
• Complete job change tasks and daily Workday system activities.
• Assist with compliance/regulatory processes and employee inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits programs including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Support leadership with ad hoc HR projects.
