The position offers healthcare coverage, dental insurance, and a 401K plan. The successful candidate will coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and work closely with employees and managers to ensure accurate, timely payroll data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processes or HR administration.
• Strong Excel skills and Workday experience.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with time entry, report generation, and analysis.
• Manage email administration, spreadsheet updates, and reconciliations.
• Communicate with employees and managers regarding payroll tasks.
• Perform data updates, exports, imports, and research discrepancies.
• Create and deliver routine reporting and respond to data requests.
• Support HRIS updates testing and draft requirements.
• Conduct payroll and HR data analysis.
• Provide data for audits.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers.
• Interact with employees, internal units, government agencies, and auditors.
• Participate in special projects and company initiatives.
• Primary contact for payroll with outside organizations.
