Cellular Products Distribution & Manufacturing Company is hiring in Hauppauge, NY for a Payroll & Bookkeeping Clerk/ Human Resource Assistant. The role focuses on processing payroll across all locations, plus HR duties and basic bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a multi-location environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR/Payroll experience, with bookkeeping or accounting background.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Human Resource/Payroll experience.
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Processing payroll across multiple locations.
• Assist with onboarding and recruitment.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing multi-state biweekly payroll.
• Process foreign payroll for Australia, Germany, and India.
• Manage online time clock system.
• Review and ensure timesheet accuracy.
• Track vacation/sick accruals and balances.
• Review expenses for employees for processing.
• Perform routine bookkeeping functions and maintain general ledger.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Provide recruitment assistance and onboarding.
• Maintain associates’ files.
• General office administration and travel coordination.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
