Key duties include processing daily field timesheets, handling new-hire and tax withholdings changes, assembling new hire packets, ensuring E-Verify compliance, and maintaining meticulous records while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Stevens Engineers & Constructors has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Payroll Generalist to become a member of the Pittsburgh Operations Payroll Team. The ideal candidate will be results driven, have a client focus approach and will work well independently and as part of

the project team.

Uploading and processing of daily field timesheets.

Assist in processing payroll information (e.g., new hires, re-hires, address changes, changes to tax withholdings).

Assemble and provide new hire packets for job sites.

E-Verify all new employees and re-hires.

Collect and file new hire documents.

Assist in obtaining updated rate sheets and reporting forms from locals.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.

Maintaining confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Required Skills
