Formación

• Education equivalent to a High School diploma required.
• One year of work experience in accounting/payroll or related function.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Handle accounts payable invoices and 3-way matching.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management.
• Maintain vendor records and process payments (checks/ACH).
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and wages.
• Support routine accounting tasks and filing/record keeping.
