Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, set up, and manage garnishments, child support, and tax levies.
• Calculate withholdings for garnishments and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain reconciled garnishment records in spreadsheets.
• Communicate with employees and supervisors on payroll issues.
• Enter garnishment deductions into the payroll system.
• Verify timesheet accuracy and assist with payroll submission.
• Prepare manual checks for terminations or retro payments.
