Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and expense transactions.
• Review and code invoices accurately and perform three-way matching.
• Research invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with teams.
• Support month-end accounting activities and maintain AP records.
• Assist payroll processing and data entry for ~200 employees.
• Help ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
