Responsibilities

• Review and manage payroll garnishments, tax levies, and court orders.
• Calculate withholdings for garnishments.
• Reconcile garnishments and track details in spreadsheets.
• Communicate with employees about payroll issues and court orders.
• Enter garnishments into the payroll system.
• Verify timesheet accuracy and ensure payroll submission deadlines.
• Approve direct deposit changes and set up time off for hires and promotions.
• Process manual checks for terminations or retro payments.
