Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (USA) is seeking an hourly Garnishment Specialist to manage court orders, calculate employee wage deductions, and remit payments accurately from our HHS Home Office in Texas. You will be a primary contact for employees, courts, and government agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll or garnishment experience, strong Excel and Workday skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of payroll or garnishment processing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and Google products (Gmail, Drive, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and set up new court orders, child support, tax levies, and creditor claims in the payroll system.
• Remit payments to ensure accurate and timely transfer of funds to courts, agencies, and creditors.
• Ensure calculations follow federal, state, and local withholding limits and timelines.
• Communicate with employees, courts, legal teams, and government agencies.
• Investigate calculation errors and adjust future deductions.
