Job summary

Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a full-time Garnishment Specialist to manage wage garnishments, court orders, and related payroll withholdings. You will ensure accurate processing, communicate with courts and employees, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing court orders, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders, and accurately entering them into our payroll systems.
• Determine the correct withholding amounts, prepare necessary notices and response forms, and communicate with courts, creditors, and employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, regularly auditing garnishment setups to maintain accurate payroll processing.
