HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is seeking a dynamic hospital housekeeping leader to manage a salaried and hourly team, drive a safe and clean patient environment, and champion service excellence. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, conduct daily inspections, coach for performance, and collaborate with facility leadership to meet goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets; comfortable with various software.
• Interest in relocation for promotional opportunities.
• Bonus: proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
